Our franchise organization, R and G Ventures, Inc. dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Utility Person / Dishwasher is responsible for various duties that significantly impact the guests’ dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness is crucial, as guests often rate it as the most important factor in their decision to return. Therefore, each Utility Person / Dishwasher must execute their duties with excellence. The role involves general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, with dishwashing being a key component.

• Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Cleans the interior of the restaurant to ensure a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers.
• Cleans around the outside of the building and the parking lot.
• Checks, cleans, and stocks the restrooms.
• Empties trash into the dumpster and maintains the cleanliness of the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area.
• Thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area.
• Follows the duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Adheres to local health department laws.

Operational Excellence:

• Stocks cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
• Maintains organization, speed, and cleanliness.
• Reports equipment and facility issues to the manager.

Guest Service:

• Understands and follows responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
