Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving Faxedge Technologies’ growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for our account executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in technology sales.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, Linked In, and other sales tools.
- Qualify inbound leads and determine their potential fit for Faxedge’s solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and challenges.
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients and set meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and progress in CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and resilience.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively articulate technical concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar) a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
