Plant Quality Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you ensure the plant's quality expertise across sanitation, pest management, QA/QC, and packaging to uphold Barilla quality standards. You will strengthen the site’s quality know‑how in collaboration with RDQ experts and foster a robust quality culture through training. You will interact with regulators, coordinate audits, and support continuous improvement to maintain certifications and strong quality controls.

This position sits at the intersection of operations and quality, enabling you to shape quality outcomes  Responsibilities Manage GMP compliance and HACCP/pest management across the plant.

Oversee pest management, sanitation, and packaging quality at site level.

Support operations with analytical methods and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate internal and external audits; drive corrective actions and maintain certifications.

Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO, GMP, health and safety regulations; implement quality control rules.

Promote quality culture through coaching, training, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications Master’s degree in a scientific field.
4+ years in Quality & Food Safety or equivalent RDQ experience with focus on quality processes.

Strong leadership presence and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Proven track record delivering results in fast‑paced environments.

Excellent multi‑priority management and structured execution skills.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.

Fluency in Italian and English with strong communication across organizational levels.
