Foley, AL Hospital-Employed (Salary Subsidy) General ENT Practice

ENT Centers of Excellence , in partnership with Baldwin Health, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an expanding practice located in Foley, Alabama-just minutes from the Gulf Coast. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity offering a competitive salary subsidy, strong referral base, and excellent growth potential in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

• Clinical Scope :
  General ENT, Audiology, Allergy, Traditional Sleep Analysis, and Inspire Implant Therapy (alternative sleep aid).
• Join an experienced team : 1 Otolaryngologist, 1 Audiologist, and 2 Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs).
• Office Hours :
  Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday (half day)
• Call Coverage : 10 days/month.
• Practice Growth :
  Sufficient patient demand with current ENTCOE providers booking 3-4 weeks out for all appointment types.
• Volume Potential :
  High opportunity for incremental volume and organic growth across Baldwin County.
