Hotel Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys.
• Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.
• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome.
