, serving the Gulf Shores area with strong insurance solutions. This hybrid position allows you to work locally and from home, while also receiving direct training and mentorship at our district office in Mobile
. With the backing of the University of Farmers® and a dedicated development team, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to grow into a successful agency owner.

• Help Baldwin County families and business owners secure the right coverage.
• Learn the full suite of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products.
• Attend district-led training and mentorship sessions in Mobile.
• Engage in community outreach across Foley and the Gulf Shores region.
• Provide customer service and policy support to clients.

• Must be able to obtain Alabama insurance licenses (P&C and Life/Health).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous sales or customer service background preferred, not required.
• Driven, entrepreneurial, and eager to build a career.
