As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a single tax office, and drive seasonal tax business growth. You will develop your skills and serve as a knowledgeable resource on tax topics, ensuring an outstanding client experience and meeting office growth objectives.

Preferred qualifications include multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries, and at least 2 years as a Tax Professional.

Your responsibilities include creating growth plans, recruiting, managing client concerns, scheduling, coaching, conducting performance reviews, and preparing tax returns if qualified. You should have prior customer service or supervisory experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a high school diploma or higher.
