Responsibilities- Achieves individual sales goals.
- Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the kate spade Experience and developing a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills.
- Hit personal sales goals and contribute to an elevated selling culture in partnership with Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Elevate brand equity by communicating the kate spade new york aesthetic and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
- Build relationships with clients as a brand ambassador and relay client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to improve client service and sales.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, deposits, and securing facilities.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Physical ability to work the store schedule, including evenings and weekends; stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders.

PayBASE PAY RANGE $15.00 TO $16.00 HOURLY. Tapestry complies with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws by city, county, and state regulations.
