We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Lead Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.
A Lead Craftsman should have project management experience and the leadership skills needed to oversee a small crew. Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
