Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. • Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed for urgent maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities like pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces.
• Conduct regular upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of public spaces through daily inspections.
• Address repair needs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.

• Proficiency with tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability for on-call hours, including weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.

$16 - $18 hourly
