Job Summary: Support daily warehouse operations by delivering and transporting materials to customer sites and branch locations. Maintain vehicles, schedule DOT/state inspections, keep clean records, and provide excellent customer service.

• Provide deliveries to Border States branches and customer sites based on business needs.
• Maintain delivery vehicle in clean, good working condition and monitor maintenance and mileage data.
• Schedule DOT and state mandated inspection visits.
• Maintain daily driver logs and vehicle inspection sheets.
• Complete truck summary, driver’s log, and other back‑detail daily; pay truck expenses and update records.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic and safety regulations.
• Coordinate deliveries with our own trucks, assigned freight companies, or other carriers based on special requests.
• Load and unload material at branch and customer locations.
• Perform warehouse functions: order filling, stocking shelves, processing returns, receiving, and shipping as needed.

• Assist with projects and duties assigned by supervisors.
• Conduct Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) as part of daily route.
• Check and pack material for delivery.
• Maintain shipping equipment and keep work area clean.
• Support City Desk and Will Call areas with customer service tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Two years of work experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse distribution experience, including forklift operation and knowledge of electrical products/systems.
• Minimum age 21.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Current medical certification required.
• Clean driving record.
• Computer skills (PC Windows, Internet); SAP experience a plus.

• Perform all job aspects accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal communication in English.
• Effective planning and organization.
• Accurate, responsive, and engaged customer service skills.

May require lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally, carrying items from floor to waist, and driving a forklift and delivery vehicle continuously. Frequent walking, standing, and handling tasks are also part of the role.
