TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting on behalf of a top tier firm of Accountants, based in Folkestone, for a Semi Senior Accountant in a general practice position covering accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT.

The role is commutable from Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Tenterden, Faversham, Folkestone and surrounding areas.

• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Assisting with management accounts production
• Personal tax, corporate tax and VAT returns
• General bookkeeping duties using Xero or Quick Books
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees

• 2-5 years experience within an accountancy practice
• Part-qualified or qualified AAT/ACA/ACCA, or qualified by experience
• Hands‑on experience of accounts, tax and VAT preparation

• £28,000 - £35,000, negotiable, dependent on experience and background
