Hybrid role – 3 in-office days a week, in Enbrook Park, Folkestone.
Our Market Performance team is currently seeking a Revenue Manager to play a key role in driving the commercial success of our Travel products. You’ll help shape data‑driven pricing strategies, monitor sales performance, and optimise revenue and profitability across our portfolio. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Studio teams, you’ll ensure our products are positioned competitively and communicated clearly to customers.
This role is ideal for someone motivated by doing the right thing for our customers, balancing commercial needs with fairness, integrity and a strong understanding of what delivers real value.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across assigned products.
- Monitor trading performance and forecast key metrics, adjusting pricing and promotions to meet commercial targets.
- Analyse sales trends, capacity and competitor activity to identify risks, opportunities and areas for optimisation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Studio and Product teams to shape effective promotional plans and clear revenue messaging.
- Provide timely insight and performance updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
- Support Sales teams with clear, customer‑focused pricing information and revenue communication.
- Lead the creation and management of product and offer lists for promotional activity in line with trading strategy.
- Champion opportunities to improve commercial efficiency, profit and customer value.
- Contribute to achieving revenue, load factor and passenger targets across your product range.
- Work from our Folkestone office at least 3 days a week.
- Strong understanding of pricing, discounting and margin protection.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Skilled at managing deadlines and working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Comfortable owning targets and objectives, staying focused on priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident using Excel and reservation or revenue management systems.
- A customer‑first approach, ensuring decisions reflect both customer value and commercial balance.
- Experience in the Travel/ Hospitality sectors is ideal, though we welcome candidates from other sectors with similar 24/7 operational demands.
