Position: Teacher of Business Studies - Full-time

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, forward-thinking, and motivated Teacher of Business Studies to join our ambitious Vocational & Social Sciences faculty working across Dover Christ Church Academy and Folkestone Academy. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or an ECT looking to make your mark, we want to hear from you.

Our students are enterprising and keen to understand the mechanics of the global economy, entrepreneurship, and digital commerce. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that bring the world of business to life.

We are looking for a teacher who can bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world application, ensuring our students leave us with the qualifications and the 'business brain' needed to succeed in their future careers.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Is passionate about Business Studies and stays current with industry trends.
  • Is dedicated to improving student progress and raising attainment across all ability levels.
  • Possesses the drive to help students break down barriers to success, fostering an 'I can' attitude.
  • Has a creative approach to the curriculum, making complex concepts like finance, marketing, and operations accessible and exciting.
