About The Role

As a Beauty Lecturer at EKC Group, you will inspire the next generation of beauty professionals by delivering engaging, industry‑focused teaching across a range of learning environments. You will coach, mentor and assess learners, helping them build the confidence, skills and knowledge they need to reach their full potential.

Working closely with colleagues, you will take the lead on designated study programmes and courses, designing and delivering high‑quality learning experiences that are relevant, innovative and responsive to industry needs. You will also play a key role in evaluating and continuously enhancing programmes, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed and progress in their career.

We pride ourselves on the support we can give those who are new to teaching, with ongoing training and coaching through our Teacher Academy which includes digital skills support. Salary: £15,151 up to £16,599

About You

You will be a highly organised and creative educator, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons that inspire learners. You will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive and empathetic approach, and the confidence to manage a classroom effectively. Tracking student progress and using this to plan targeted support and interventions will be a key part of your role.

Ideally, you will have experience teaching or delivering training in the workplace, although this isn't essential as full training will be provided. You will be able to teach across Level 1 to Level 3 programmes and motivate learners to achieve and succeed in their studies.

All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Lecturers will normally move up to the highest salary scale after one full academic year of teaching for our group is complete. Lecturers must be in post by 1st September in any given year to qualify and this is subject to approval. Therefore, internal applicants in the same role may qualify for the higher salary scale, although they should seek clarification.
