As Associate Account Director, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering digital strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

You'll act as a trusted strategic partner, guiding clients through performance, innovation, and growth.

• Translating client objectives into clear, actionable digital strategies with defined KPIs
• Leading senior client communications and building long‑term stakeholder relationships
• Creating strategic roadmaps, delivering business reviews, and identifying growth opportunities
• Using data, insight, and innovation (including AI‑driven approaches) to improve performance
• Championing best practice across multi‑channel digital campaigns

• Commercially minded, analytically strong, and confident operating at a senior client level
• Proven experience managing multi‑channel digital campaigns within an agency environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear strategy
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certification (or actively working towards)
• A proactive, positive mindset with a genuine passion for digital marketing
