- Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM £30,000 - £35,000 Do you have a background in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics and experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or import/export environment? Are you looking for an opportunity to step up into a key operational position with a well-respected, growing manufacturing company? A fantastic opportunity has come about to secure a vital role, keeping materials and goods moving reliably through the business, managing purchase orders, and coordinating inbound shipments.
This is a key role for the business where you will have the opportunity to shape process improvements, maintain accurate ERP and spreadsheet records, and be the go-to person to drive supply chain efficiency. The Role:
* Logistics Coordinator - Manufacturing
* Manage purchase orders and supplier relationships (UK and international)
* Coordinate inbound shipments, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
* Prepare and check shipping and customs documentation
* Keep ERP systems accurate and proactively flag production delays The Candidate:
* Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics coordination
* Background in manufacturing, production, or import/export
* Proficient in ERP systems (Opera preferred) and Microsoft Excel
