Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm | Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an exciting ongoing temporary opportunity for a Process Engineer to join a well-established and innovative manufacturing environment based in Folkestone.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineering professional looking to gain hands‑on involvement in the development, scale‑up and continuous improvement of products from pilot stage through to full industrial production.

Reporting directly to the Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in helping to ensure manufacturing processes remain efficient, compliant, safe and of the highest quality standards.

• Support process development and scale‑up activities from pilot to production
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Help ensure processes are robust, compliant and operating efficiently
• Participate in process validation and GMP‑related activities
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and process‑related issues
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams including production, quality and engineering

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• 2–3 years’ manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of GMP, process validation and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Good project management and organisational ability
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team

• Immediate start
