Marketing Lead (Travel) – Saga plc.
Salary: £32,000 - £38,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

As part of the Travel Marketing team this role will support the Marketing Manager for Titan Travel and the wider team to deliver the Marketing Communications plan effectively across multiple channels to meet business demand and sales targets. You will orchestrate the planning and delivery of cross‑channel marketing campaigns, drive improvement in ways of working, and optimise marketing collateral and messaging to align with strategies.
Responsibilities- Work with the Titan Marketing Manager and Head of Travel Marketing to develop the annual marketing plan for Titan Touring.
- Facilitate and orchestrate the application of the Campaign Delivery Process to deliver best‑in‑class marketing communications cross‑channel.
- Lead coordination of stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Digital & Trade teams, including running planning and delivery meetings.
- Plan and execute a fit‑for‑purpose content strategy across all channels to inspire, entertain, educate and convince key target cohorts.
- Collaborate with CRM, Digital & Trade teams to design seamless customer journeys and content throughout campaigns.
- Support CRM and Digital teams with continuous Test & Learn application across all activity.
- Track, report and collate all activity into a single view of campaign results.
- Campaign briefing and creative sign‑off, including main campaigns four times a year.
- Work with the CRM team on email creative and proposition to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
- Test creative and messaging with insight team on different customer cohorts.
- Explore new partnership opportunities and manage agency relationships.
- Represent and promote the company at internal and external meetings, conferences, exhibitions and trade shows.
- Project management and strong communication skills, ability to bring teams together to meet goals.
- Experience working as a team and building solid relationships with marketing team and external agencies/partners.
- Self‑starter mindset, capable of creating solutions rather than waiting for a brief.
- Experience in omni‑channel planning and delivery to deadlines.
- Knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and proven experience applying insights to improve performance.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Strong growth and performance mentality, innovating beyond default approach.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver strategic revenue‑generating marketing projects across offline and online channels.
- Curious and enjoys working with data and insight to inform decisions.
