Fixed Term for 6 months

Folkestone, Kent (Hybrid working available)

Competitive

Hours:

37 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm)
Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays (with the option to buy/sell up to 3 days per year)

Key Responsibilities

Lead investigations into complex quality issues and deviations.
Coordinate and manage CAPA processes to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategic solutions.
Analyse data, trends, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Support audits and act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal and external reviews.

Education & Experience
We're looking for candidates who have:

Extensive Quality Assurance experience in Cosmetics or Medical Devices.
A qualification as a Lead Auditor (preferred).
Strong knowledge of ISO 22716 and ISO 13485.
Lean Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent.
Proven expertise in root cause analysis and risk management.
Skilled in data analysis, trend reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.
