Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Conducting viewings and negotiating sales between buyers and vendors Managing offers and progressing sales through to completion Supporting valuations and instructions to win new business Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and sellers Building strong relationships with clients and the local community Proactively identifying new sales opportunities What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous residential sales experience (essential) Proven sales ability with excellent negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of customer service focus Positive telephone manner and professional presentation Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven Excellent knowledge of Folkestone and surrounding area (preferred) Full UK driving licence (essential) Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency Is this the role for you?
