Residential Recovery Worker

Belmont Recruitment are currently currently looking to speak with Recovery Workers for a position working in East Kent, within a Residential Recovery Service.

Within this role we are looking for Substance Misuse Recovery Workers with experience ideally of group work, and being able to work delivering trauma informed care intervention - also whilst not essential, experience of working within a residential setting previously would be advantageous.

The position includes travel between two homes; one in CT1 postcode, and the other CT20.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide structured, recovery-focused support

* Manage a small caseload of residents

* Work flexibly across two East Kent sites, including evenings/weekends

* Promote abstinence and build a strong recovery community

* Support resettlement and aftercare planning

Days:
Monday - Friday

Contract:

3 Months (+ongoing)
Salary: £19 to £22 per hour
