Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate StaffingWe are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Folsom. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience in office administration or clerical work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and phone systems.
