Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Folsom. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in office administration or clerical work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and phone systems.
