Senior Video Producer – JAM Industries
We are seeking a highly experienced and creatively driven Senior Video Producer to join our in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead and execute high-impact video projects from concept through completion, mentor and manage a team of junior producers, and uphold the highest standards of production quality aligned with our brand strategy.
Responsibilities- Project Leadership & Management: lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex video projects; develop production schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage multiple concurrent projects; oversee pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: manage and mentor junior video producers; foster a collaborative, growth‑oriented team environment; delegate tasks and optimize workloads; participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Creative Direction & Execution: translate creative visions into actionable production plans; contribute hands-on filming, directing, and editing; maintain consistent visual and narrative style in line with brand guidelines; stay current with industry trends and technologies.
- Technical Excellence & QA: ensure content meets technical and creative standards; oversee color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final mastering; optimize workflows for asset management, archival, and distribution; troubleshoot production challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: collaborate with Marketing Managers, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, and other stakeholders; manage external vendors and freelancers; present progress and final deliverables to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Production, Media Arts, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive video production experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role managing other producers or creatives; corporate marketing or agency experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate narratives, product videos, social content, and event coverage.
- Expert-level proficiency in professional video editing software with emphasis on DaVinci Resolve; advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects;
Photoshop and Illustrator a plus. - Proven expertise across cinematography, lighting, audio recording, and scriptwriting.
- Strong project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation) and leadership abilities with experience building creative teams.
- Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and clear communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Experience with multi-camera live broadcasts and streaming software (e.g., OBS, vMix).
- 2D/3D animation proficiency; experience with Unreal Engine or similar virtual production tools.
- Sound design principles and advanced audio mixing knowledge.
- Basic UI/UX understanding as it relates to video interfaces.
