• Maintain communication of fit and aesthetic with tech design and manage updates on specifications
• Participate in diverse projects and assignments while tracking development deadlines

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple seasons simultaneously
• Elevated sense of style, aesthetic, and color with the ability to translate trends through customer and brand perspectives
• Thorough knowledge of garment construction methods, including silhouette, fit, fabrication, and sewing techniques
• Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze problems and present creative and logical solutions

• Experience in product development or design within the apparel industry
• Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and principles
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with merchandising and marketing teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing design concepts and technical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
