• Provide world‑class member service to individuals visiting branch and service center locations.
• Promote credit union products and services to build relationships and process transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary services.
• Perform file maintenance tasks including processing requests for address changes, check orders, ATM card orders, vault and night drop duties, and support branch preparation.
• Has working knowledge of credit union savings and consumer loan products, basic knowledge of real‑estate products, and maintains cash and negotiables.
• Process new memberships, share accounts, savings services, consumer loan requests, and general loan fundings; research accounts, identify, and correct member account problems.
• Deliver world‑class face‑to‑face service to members requesting account assistance and provide consultative services by assessing member needs and addressing concerns.
• Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including BSA regulations; failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of previous related experience required.
• Valid CA Driver’s License; participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
