We are seeking a highly skilled Net Suite Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Net Suite solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to align Net Suite capabilities with organizational goals. This role requires deep expertise in Net Suite ERP, Suite Script, integrations, and solution architecture design.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Net Suite ERP solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define system integrations, workflows, and data flows between Net Suite and other enterprise applications.
- Establish best practices and enforce standards for Net Suite development and customization.
- Configure, customize, and extend Net Suite using Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Analytics, and Suite Builder.
- Oversee the design of custom modules, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure that technical solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify requirements and provide technology recommendations.
- Partner with functional consultants, developers, and administrators to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on Net Suite roadmap, upgrades, and emerging features.
- Architect integrations between Net Suite and external applications (CRM, e-commerce, payroll, etc.) using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Lead data migration, cleansing, and validation during implementation or consolidation projects.
- Define data governance and security frameworks for Net Suite usage.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to Net Suite developers and administrators.
- Maintain documentation of system design, workflows, and integrations.
- Support release management, testing, and change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and audit requirements.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in ERP systems, with at least 5 years in Net Suite ERP architecture and development.
- Expertise in Suite Script (1.0 & 2.x), Suite Flow, Suite Talk (Web Services), REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proven track record in designing large-scale Net Suite implementations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, supply chain, and order-to-cash processes.
- Experience with data modeling, security, and role-based access in Net Suite.
Preferred
- Net Suite certifications (ERP Consultant, Suite Cloud Developer, Administrator).
- Experience with middleware platforms (Dell Boomi, Mule Soft, Celigo, etc.).
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Dev Ops practices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with ability to balance business and technical needs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
