• CRM tools (especially Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar)
• Marketing Funnel Strategy & Execution

Preferred Experience:

• Word Press management and plugin configuration
• Build and maintain workflows in CRM (e.g., Zoho, Deluge scripting)
• Collaborate on sales/marketing automation and lead scoring
• Track KPIs across channels and report progress
• Zoho Deluge scripting for workflow automations
• Server administration (cPanel, DNS, FTP)
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, Java Script
• Backend: PHP, MySQL, Python
• Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
• Outreach experience (email, backlinking, influencer contact)
• Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Zoho Reports, Google Sheets/Excel complex formulas)
