• Oversee technical quality assurance of testing for software applications and infrastructure changes

• Participate in hiring activities and assess candidates' technical qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
  Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in software quality assurance
• Proficiency in test automation tools and programming languages such as Python and SQL
• Strong background in IT software development and maintenance environments
• Experience with tools like ALM, Jira, and Confluence

• Testing certifications from reputable organizations such as ISTQB
• Expertise in security testing, performance testing, and transaction analysis
• Familiarity with IT Service Management and process management concepts
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to develop and present training on emerging technologies
