• 1–3 years of relevant work experience demonstrating problem-solving, analytical, and technical capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or deliverables simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with advanced formulas
• Exposure to project work, including defining requirements and supporting implementation
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus

• Retail or Inventory Management experience
• Experience with databases and coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
• Familiarity with macros, VBA, and specialized formatting in Excel
