• Drive site execution and act as the liaison between Digital Merchandising, Production, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience
• Manage the product launch process, maintaining accurate records of all assets and approvals
• Optimize the website daily by updating sorting, managing category setup, and monitoring site performance
• Support QA across site, email, and product to ensure optimized customer journeys
• Monitor competitive activity and customer trends to inform site strategy and present findings to the team

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or marketing
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new systems and tools
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Clear and confident communicator able to influence partners

• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Passion for the customer and digital shopping experience
• Highly collaborative and team‑oriented with a track record of partnering across teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to recognize and address inconsistencies in data
