Insurance Producer; Commercial P&C)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Producer/Broker to join our Folsom, California office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and be capable of independently managing a substantial book of business.

This role is responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing renewals, developing strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers, and providing knowledgeable insurance solutions. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Independently manage a large book of commercial Property & Casualty insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and ongoing account servicing.
• Manage the complete renewal process, including reviewing existing coverage, gathering updated underwriting information, marketing accounts, negotiating terms, and presenting renewal options to clients.
• Work directly with insurance carriers and wholesalers to obtain competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage.
• Review policies, quotes, endorsements, and coverage terms for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify potential coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries and handle policy changes, certificates of insurance, and other servicing requests.
• Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and renewal information within the agency management system.
• Proactively monitor renewal dates and ensure coverage is processed and bound in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple priorities and high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and wholesale partners.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including:
  • General Liability
  • Commercial Property
  • Workers' Compensation
  • Commercial Auto
  • Umbrella/Excess Liability
  • Professional Liability
• Proven ability to independently manage a substantial commercial book of business.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance underwriting, policy forms, coverage requirements, and account servicing.
• Experience with AMS
  360 or a similar agency management system preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
