Personal Injury Associate Attorney (Plaintiff)

Rainsbury Law Group, PC seeks a qualified Personal Injury Associate Attorney (Plaintiff) to join its growing practice in Folsom, California. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Personal Injury experience. Must hold California Bar license and be in good standing. Experience in Social Security Disability, insurance law or prior trial experience a plus. The candidate must be motivated, a self-starter, and very organized.

Must have excellent writing, communication and negotiation skills.

We are a small but busy Personal Injury firm located in the heart of Folsom. Work/life balance is important to our firm and we seek someone willing to work hard within a relaxed and collegial environment. Great potential for significant growth within the firm.

Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $120,000-$150,000 per year. Employee benefits include:

• Meet with clients for intake and analyze claim potential
• Develop case through research, demand of documents, communication with clients and their medical providers
• Ability to negotiate settlement agreements with insurance adjusters or opposing counsel
• Manage case files to ensure that all deadlines are met and cases are moving forward
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout process
• Prepare for arbitration, mediation or trial when necessary
• Ability to provide high quality representation of the firm
