• Manages professional employees and/or supervisors
• Must have at least one professional expert or one supervisor as a direct report

• Manages production line to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts in a manufacturing setting.
• Develops standard manufacturing procedures to meet product specifications and production targets.
• Plans and assigns production resources and workers to maintain desired output levels.
• Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues.
• Adjusts teams and resources to maintain the required production rate.
• Monitors quality metrics to spot problems with materials, designs, or work processes.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.

• Associate's Degree and 7–8 years of experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
• Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.
• May need to stand for long periods of time.
• Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
• Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.

$103,642 - $192,478

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
