What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generate retail sales using passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
  • Discover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
  • Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top‑down sales solution.
  • Close sales by applying phenomenal communication skills, fulfilling customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skilling in merchandising and inventory operations.
  • Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to interested Verizon customers.
  • Engage with the community outside the store at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events, broadening your loyal customer base.

Join Verizon today and be eligible for a $2,500 sign‑on bonus (subject to terms and conditions). We’re hiring immediately! This isn’t a typical entry‑level retail position. Whether you’re new to sales or have years of experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all sales goals.

Top performers could earn an extra $14,500 or more in commissions, reaching a total annual potential of $65,000+ to $73,500+. What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedules are provided four weeks in advance.
  • Openness to additional shifts for higher income during peak periods (summer, November–December, and other peak vacation times).

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in a commission‑based environment.
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Customer service experience.
