Position Overview
Our client is hiring an Account Executive, well versed in business development and able to fuel growth in the B2B sector. This role is designed for sales professionals with 3-5 years of experience, focusing on proactive outreach, including cold calling, to develop new business relationships. This is a high-activity, high-impact role that will play a crucial part in expanding the client base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and Hubspot to manage leads, track sales activities, and drive sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through persistent follow-up and exceptional communication skills.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and connect with key decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- High-energy, dynamic personality with a hunger for driving growth and achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to engage in cold calling and outreach with successful results.
- Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and familiarity with content marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
