Accounts Payable Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments, while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper coding.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

• Associate’s degree in accounting.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle.

• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
• Environment:
  Office‑based role with hybrid flexibility.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $41,500 – $62,300 annually, with the actual base pay varying based on qualifications and geographic location. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k) (up to 4% match), Health Savings Account (with company contribution), well‑being program, product purchase discounts, and more.
