**** Position Overview****:
** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments, while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

* Essential Functions:

* Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper coding.
* Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms.
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
* Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
* Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
** Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

* Required Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate’s degree in accounting.
* Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle.

Working Conditions:

* Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
* Environment:
Office-based role with hybrid flexibility.

* Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.

** The anticipated pay range for this position is 41,500 – 62,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
