The Quick Lube Advisor is a customer-facing team member who communicates directly with both guests and technicians to ensure smooth, understandable, and positive experiences in the quick service area. • Welcomes Customers Promptly and Genuinely
• Clearly Documents Vehicle Concerns as Described by the Customer

• Prepares and Presents Service Estimates
• Establishes and Communicates Next Steps
• Monitors the Progress of Each Vehicle:
  Updating Customers Frequently
• Verifies that Final Invoice Matches Work Performed on the Repair Order
• Present and Explains Completed Work and Charges to Customers

• A Kind and Friendly Demeanor
• Experience in a Service Advisory Role is a Plus
• Organized and Able to Multitask
• General Automotive Knowledge and Enthusiasm are Helpful
