Parts & Accessories Deployment Analyst – Brunswick Corporation
Overview
Brunswick Corporation invites applications for the Parts & Accessories Deployment Analyst role within Mercury Marine. The position requires advanced materials management expertise to plan, analyze, and deploy product to U.S. and international distribution centers, ensuring optimal component availability and customer satisfaction.
- Apply advanced materials management concepts to maintain continuous flow of parts and accessories to meet demand.
- Coordinate worldwide inventory planning, execution, and deployment activities for parts and accessories.
- Align supply chain, sourcing, and packaging activities with new product build and release schedules.
- Identify forecast and deployment improvement opportunities with international supply chain counterparts.
- Analyze inventory levels and modify planning parameters to adhere to established inventory policies.
- Manage Bill of Material transitions, supersession maintenance, and sourcing resource projects.
- Communicate and maintain continual feedback to internal and external customers and supply base.
- Initiate corrective actions and make necessary adjustments with inter‑plant and internally sourced kits.
- Track and report on key performance indicators including availability fill rates, critical parts health, backorder metrics, working capital optimization, inventory levels & turns, and internal operational metrics.
- BA/BS in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- 0–3 years of materials management and/or supply chain experience.
- Strong cross‑functional team leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced PC skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Visio, Oracle Business Intelligence and MS Access.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- CPIM/CPM Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma methodology, Green Belt certification.
Compensation
Pay range: $53,100 – $83,800 annually plus annual discretionary bonus. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k (up to 4% match), Health Savings Account, well‑being program, product purchase discounts, and more.
