PositionExperience Rotomilling Operator – seasonal positions aligned with spring work schedules. Operate a variety of paving equipment, including large and small road milling machines, skid steers, and broom tractors.
Role and Responsibilities- Operate equipment and machinery to mill and pulverize surfaces at construction sites, and perform related cleanup.
- Work safely with one or more types of power construction equipment to minimize injury and property damage.
- Read and understand grade stakes, automated machine control cab displays, and other relevant controls.
- Interpret and attain specific plan grades as required by assignments.
- Safely maneuver machinery in tight quarters, around people, traffic, and utilities.
- Clean, maintain, and secure all equipment.
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
- Assist with repairs as needed.

Northeast Asphalt is based primarily in Northeastern Wisconsin, but projects vary across the local area and state. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to any job site is required.
Candidate- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- CDL license is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends, as needed.
- Tolerance for variable weather conditions, dust, and dirty environments.
- Experience with mills, skid steers, and/or broom tractors is preferred.
- Union membership or willingness to join is required – union membership may not be required prior to employment; HR can assist with the process.
