Fives DyAG Corp is looking for an experienced Controls Engineer in the Fond du Lac, WI area.

• Design PLC software programs and develop HMI screens to customer specifications (typically Siemens)
• Conduct peripheral device programming and machine PLC programming
• Supervise and coordinate machine debugging, power‑up, and validation with mechanical build and electrical teams
• Set up and configure communication networks including device net, Ethernet, and remote I/O
• Commission and validate systems at the customer’s location

• 5+ years with Controls and Electrical design is ideal
• Strong PLC programming experience—ideally with Siemens software
• Technical degree in an electrical‑related field preferred (Bachelor’s preferred, but other degrees and experience will be considered)
• Experience with a company building custom machinery for industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical, chemical, plastics, and/or electronics is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience working with an ERP/MRP system and creating BOMs
• Ability to travel to customer sites for commissioning and installs as needed (typically 5–10%)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational skills
