Are you looking for an autonomous, high impact opportunity leading daily operations for an award-winning multi-site manufacturing business working across a range of critical projects?
This is an autonomous leadership role, you will collaborate with senior leadership, engineering teams, to develop a strong company culture. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team covering project management, engineering, maintenance, and operations, ensuring the successful execution of major equipment upgrades, new technology installations, and capital investments across multiple manufacturing sites. You will lead plant operations, foster strong relationships, develop teams and standards to produce a world leading product and world-class company culture.

The Position:- Work collaboratively with senior leadership across a range of key projects at this multi-site's flagship location
- Lead, develop and guide daily plant operations, developing standards, making improvements across a range of departments

- Proven experience developing culture and operational management
- Engineering, Project Management, Process Engineering or similar Degree
