BAS Controls Programmer – North Fond du Lac, WI Join a Leading BAS Contractor – $95,000 – $110,000 + 100% Company-Paid Medical + Profit Sharing
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven BAS Controls Programmer to take the lead on programming, integration, and commissioning of building automation systems for high-performing facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with decades of experience delivering advanced BAS solutions across commercial, institutional, and industrial markets throughout Wisconsin.
Position Details:- Title: BAS Controls Programmer
- Location: North Fond du Lac, WI
- Work Environment: Approximately 80% Office / 20% Field
- Status: Full-Time | Overtime Eligible
- 3–5+ years of experience in BAS programming, system integration, or controls engineering
- Strong background in configuring, deploying, and supporting DDC control systems
- Hands‑on experience with BACnet, Modbus, and other open-protocol integrations
- Skilled in commissioning control systems, field verification, and device calibration
- Experience developing intuitive graphics and front‑end interfaces for BAS systems
- Proficient with controller databases, logic sequences, alarms, and trending
- Comfortable delivering owner training sessions and preparing client‑facing documentation
- Configure and program controllers for BAS systems across commercial and institutional projects
- Create, manage, and deploy controller databases with custom logic and trend configurations
- Develop graphical user interfaces for system monitoring and operational control
- Integrate third‑party equipment using BACnet, Modbus, or other communication protocols
- Commission, start up, and test BAS installations, including device tuning and calibration
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization after installation
- Salary: $93,000 – $109,700 (DOE)
