Overview

Co‑op Supplier Quality Engineering – join Brunswick Corporation, a global marine leader committed to innovation.

Location:

Fond du Lac, WI.

• Communicate Mercury PPAP requirements to suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance through audits, sorting, and corrective plan development.
• Mitigate risk with proactive analysis of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement during new product development to identify supplier sources and technical competency requirements.
• Use quality tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement.

• Gain confidence influencing business situations.
• Act as liaison across the organization while driving execution within the global supply base.

• Current enrollment in a B.S. program majoring in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Sophomore status (second semester or higher) with 48 completed credits.
• Availability to work full time (40+ hours per week) during a full co‑op term January–August 2025 or June–December 2025.
• Enrollment in a formalized co‑op program through your college or university.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization required.

• Learning opportunities: work with experienced professionals and apply academic knowledge to real tasks.
• Project work: support specific projects or tasks contributing to organizational goals.
• Hours:
  
  full‑time 40‑hour work week.
• Feedback and performance reviews throughout the assignment.

Expected hourly rate $18.00 – $27.00. Actual rate depends on year in school, credits earned, degree, job‑related knowledge/skills, business needs, and geographic location.
