• In office procedure assistance
• Injection and vaccine administration
• General clinical administrative tasks in the electronic medical record program (Epic)
• Patient rooming
• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and prepares treatment rooms for examination
• Basic clerical duties (answering phones, maintaining records, scheduling patients, filing)
• Materials management (ordering and stocking supplies; maintain a clean, orderly environment)
• Document provider encounters and transcribe orders (labs, radiology, medications) as indicated
• Adhere to safety standards; perform other duties as assigned

• MA, CMA or RMA – graduates of a school of medical assisting; LPNs with WI license are eligible
• Experience with in office procedures and vaccination administration preferred
• Basic proficiency with electronic medical record systems (Epic)
• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience;
  Wisconsin-specific requirement applies
• No experience required

• Schedule:
  
  Part-time, Monday through Friday; shifts between 7:00am–5:00pm
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
