In this position you will provide interim coverage, including pre‑employment and work‑related physicals, workers’ comp patients, and some primary care. New and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Details- 100% outpatient clinic setting at Fond du Lac Regional Clinic
- Lab, imaging, and specialty clinics onsite at SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital
- Employed opportunity with SSM Health
- Schedule:
open clinic hours Monday‑Friday; no nights, weekends, holidays or call - Opportunity to pick up at other locations throughout Wisconsin
- Patient‑focused support staff at each location – dedicated MA available
- EPIC & Systock EMRs
- On‑the‑job training during orientation
- Detail‑oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure and DEA License in Wisconsin
- Preferred certifications (can be obtained after the start of employment):
- Medical Examiner certification for DOT physicals
- NIOSH
- CAOHC (occupational health survey training)
- Malpractice Coverage – claims‑made policy with tail coverage after one year
- Generous limits ($1M/$3M) plus umbrella protection through Wisconsin’s Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund
- CME Allowance: $2,000 for Associates, $6,000 for Shareholders
- Paid memberships in AMA, State, and County societies
- Licensure and DEA fees covered
- Health & Dental: choose between high‑deductible with HSA or low‑deductible plans
- Disability: $5,000/month after 30 days, with options for additional coverage
- Life Insurance: 1x salary (up to $100,000) plus spouse coverage
- 401(k) and Defined Contribution Plan with 13.3% employer contribution
- Supplemental retirement options
- Associates: 20 days paid time off;
Shareholders: 30 days (45 days if age 60+) plus paid sick leave - Relocation assistance – up to two travel trips and approved moving expenses for household goods and one vehicle
- Path to ownership: eligible for shareholder status after 12 months
