Our Community Counseling Program provides accessible mental health services for individuals, couples, families, and groups, especially those with limited financial resources. We offer services on a sliding fee scale and, in some cases, at no cost, ensuring that all members of the community have access to quality mental health care.

In this role, you will:

• Provide in-office and telehealth counseling services for individuals across the lifespan (including children, teens, and older adults), couples, families, and groups with diverse diagnoses and demographics.
• Maintain comprehensive case records, including initial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Facilitate educational and supportive group counseling sessions, including critical incident response services as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors, including regular individual and group consultation.

$50,000 - $65,000

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related counseling field (students in their final semester are welcome to apply!).
• Post‑graduate clinical practice (LPC, LCSW) or 3,000‑hour certification is a plus but not required – candidates about to apply for or currently in‑training (LPC‑IT, MFT‑TL, APSW) are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a talent for handling confidential matters efficiently and discreetly.
