Physical Therapist Assistant
Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistants to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, assisting in treating patients by following individualized plans of care.
Responsibilities- Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with a Physical Therapist to develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
- Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
- Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
- Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
