Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.
- Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).
- Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records.
- Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Age 18+, High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, caregiver background check, basic computer skills
